The age old question is “what is the best way to burn body fat?” It’s an old question because most people at some point in their life get to the point where they have to lose a few extra globs of cellulite. Look, dieting and dieting products are a multi-billion dollar industry and if you simply google the word “diet” you’ll end up with no less than 485 million results!
But there are many fundamental realities about fat loss that are beginning to arise tot he surface of information on this subject. Besides, supplementation and exercise, obviously the correct daily intake of the correct foods is crucial. So here’s my attempt at a short contrite answer that really distills a very complex subject down into its bare nuts and bolts.
Eat dark green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, zucchini, brussel sprouts, lettuce. Supplement that with red vegetables like tomatoes, red peppers, and of course green peppers. Integrate that with lean meats like chicken and fish (salmon, trout are excellent), and eat fats like avocados, maybe a little cheese. You can eat fruits, but only eat fruit in before a workout or before exercise like walking, running etc. Sugary fruits raise you blood sugar, your insulin production, and your appetite. Stay away from starchy carbs, refined flour, breads from refined flour, pasta etc.
Generally the classic carbs that Americans eat are fat generators. You need carbs though once in awhile so when you find the craving arises eat steamed brown rice, oats (oatmeal with non-fat milk is good) and sweet potatoes are a fantastic carb to eat.
Look, this is not that difficult to grasp. For a million years human kind at nothing but the resources of the land. They foraged greens and roots and tubers and occasionally fruit when it was the right time of the year. Beyond that they hunted very lean meat and speared very lean fish. Our genetics are built for that metabolic process. Ingest that kind of food and you will lean down if you combine it with consistent exercise. And remember this kind of food is literally miracle medicine. You will become healthier and live longer if you eat like you are meant to eat.
