You probably saw it in a movie when you were a kid. This amazing hero came across the screen with a body that you wanted when you grew up. Whether a noble savage in the Viking era, a bronzed Indian Warrior, or a Super Hero — you inherently knew that a well muscled lean body was an attractive, strong, and healthy vehicle to reside in. And of course summer time is the best time of all to be out on the beach showing off your hard earned physique, and you want to have an awesome beach body when you stroll down the beach amidst the bikini-clad beauties.
Remember all the muscle in the world is not going to do anything if it is hidden under a layer of fat. So combine the dedicated muscle building workouts with a diet of lean fish and other protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, and omega rich fats like fish oil, avocados etc.
There is a zillion dieting resources out there, so you know what to do. I know of a natural bodybuilder who goes to weight watchers every spring just so his veins are popping from his muscles by the time summer hits. The point is, as challenging as a workout can be, avoiding the foods that pack on the fat can be even a tougher challenge.
So it’s up to you. By the time the beach weather comes you can look like that noble bronzed savage that all of the women swooned at, or you can forget all that and keep your shirt on when you go to the beach. I think you’ll do the former. Come on now folks, let’s muscle up and lean down!
